Para los mercenarios creo que se configura con los scripts
game_get_join_cost, en la parte de
#mercenaries cost %50 more than the normal cost, osea el precio depende del nivel del mercenario, es mas complicado, no es solo cambiar una cifra.
Fijate si en algun programa de tweacks se puede configurar eso.
